Domestic Shipping Policy (Malaysia Only)

At this time, we only ship within Malaysia. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse located in [Your Fulfilment Location, e.g., Selangor, Malaysia].

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

In the event of high order volumes or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly via email or SMS.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order directly on the NinjaVan Tracking Page.

 

Delivery Address

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, kindly contact us at support@[yourstore].com as soon as possible. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped.

 

Shipping Restrictions

  1. We currently do not ship internationally.

  2. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

  3. Some rural or remote areas may require additional delivery time.

 

Lost or Damaged Items

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the packaging/product (if applicable). We will work with NinjaVan and our fulfillment team to resolve the issue quickly.
