What payment methods do we accept?

We use the Fiuu Payment Gateway, which supports a wide range of payment options including:

  • Online Banking(FPX)
  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • E-wallets such as Touch ‘n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and more.

What is our return policy?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, we are unable to change or cancel it. However, if the product is returned according to our return policy, we can process a refund within 14 working days.

Where do we ship to?

Currently, we only deliver within Malaysia.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive email updates regarding the delivery status. These updates will include tracking details as your order is processed and shipped.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes between 2–5 working days for West Malaysia and 3–7 working days for East Malaysia, depending on your location and courier partner schedules.
