We use trusted courier partners such as Ninja Van, J&T Express, GDex, Pos Laju, and others to ensure reliable service.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier capacity, public holidays, and location.

  • Orders placed before 12 PM are processed the same day, while others are processed the next working day.

  • All orders will be confirmed via email or SMS.

  • Orders with prescription products require valid prescription uploads and may require verification before processing.

  • If we face unexpected delays (e.g., stock issues, courier disruptions), we’ll notify you promptly.

5. 🚫 Non-Deliverable Areas

We currently do not ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, or restricted zones unless stated otherwise.
